This  OFF SITE, Pre- Registered session will be held at Holy Trinity Academy in Okotoks, Alberta.  It is a full day session and will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018. Delegates are responsible for their own round-trip transportation.
This session aims to introduce the sport of Rugby into the Physical Education classroom. The focus is to teach teachers how they can teach non-contact Rugby drills, skills and games into their P.E. courses. Attendees will learn different warm-up activities, rugby specific drills and ideas on how to play non-contact rugby games. This session is open to participants from all grade levels. Teachers will come away from the session with a PE unit for rugby that they could start in their class on Monday. Make sure that you come to this off-site session with your gym gear and water bottles. It will be a full day session.
